Similarweb’s new Generative AI Brand Visibility Index report confirms that our brand is officially over-represented in AI answers! I’ve been working quietly behind the scenes to optimize our AI visibility, and seeing these early results validated by an independent third party is great! Getting listed alongside Apple in the Consumer Electronics category is a great milestone, but we’re just laying the groundwork.

What we build next is going to surprise a lot of people.
For the past year, I’ve watched my feed flood with “GEO gurus” selling shortcuts and rebranding outdated SEO tactics as the new AI gold rush. The truth is, slapping a new acronym on old tricks doesn’t mean you understand how LLMs actually work. Worse, buying into this “GEO dream” will actively damage a brand’s presence across both traditional and AI search.
Search engines are now hybrids: LLMs layered on top of organic results.

Traditional SEO is the foundation. To actually win in AI search, you have to master the intrinsic technical differences between traditional search algorithms and LLMs that most people are completely unaware of.
While the noise goes viral, the people actually driving results are usually the ones working in silence.
